XV FlORENCE BIENNALE

In October 2025, Lika Shkhvatsabaia participated in the XV Florence Biennale, held at the historic Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. The Florence Biennale is one of the world’s leading contemporary art exhibitions, showcasing artists from around the globe across a wide range of disciplines.

Through this participation, Lika presented her latest work titled ¨Twinning Horizons¨ to an international audience, engaging in dialogue with creators and contributing to the vibrant exchange of ideas that defines this prestigious event.

The 2025 edition of the Biennale was centered around the theme “Light and Darkness”, exploring the contrasts and connections between these fundamental forces in art and human experience.
