ABOUT ME 

The ways I build and compose are connected to abstraction, to the physical, to the strength and to the materialization of feeling; meanwhile, the preeminence and the intensity that I carry out with the use of color, as well as the shades that allows me to offer, sublimate my most intimate emotional side on canvas.

Sometimes my paintings have their origin by themselves and are established and constructed as an autonomous organism that grows and expands through a process of artistic development, as an artwork and as a pure idea that is transferred to the material starting from my most creative cerebral side. Such is a case of one of my works, Egeos-2016.

 

With both, my state of mind, shape and color, the physical and the sensory, I achieve the final result of my work: inspire intense emotions that convey my vision of the Universe. 

In the process of working on canvas, in creating the work and expressing the idea, in order to materialize it, the search for tools and media transform and modify many things in my painting.

I was born on 31th of May in 1972 in Tbilisi, Georgia, in a family of well-known sculptor and painter. Since the childhood, I grew up among the artists and the people, who inspired me. After graduating high school, I was admitted to the faculty of the monumental painting at the State Academy of the Fine Arts of Tbilisi, Georgia. Since then I was participating in the exhibitions in Georgia and abroad.  I am a member of the Union of Artists of Georgia Since 1995.
